Q: Do you have Security Deposit?
A: Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at move in.

Q: How can I see the apartment?
A: Just call 513-734-4640 to schedule an appointment. We would love to show it to you if you meet the requirements.

Q: Do you accept Section 8 payments?
A: Yes, we work closely with Section 8 Housing and have a close relationship with them.

Q: Do you have an Application Fee?
A: No we do not require an application fee and approvals are made in 24 hours. Each resident 18 or older must fill out a separate application

Q: Do you have a Drug Policy?
A: Every new resident signs a lease addendum that forbids drugs on the property. Residents like that policy for a safe environment

Q: Do you have an income requirement?
A: Yes, each new resident must have a verifiable gross income 3 times their monthly rent. To meet income guidelines a co-signer can help meet these requirements.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Most buildings do not allow pets, but there are a few that permit one cat with an additional fee and deposit. Call for details.

Q: Do you do background checks?
A: Yes, criminal background checks, references and in some cases credit checks are done on each applicant, but are done at no charge and are completed within 24 hours. All information is regarded as confidential and not shared with others.
